  • Main Training 20km Pace4:12/km Time1:24:00

It is based on training of 30 to 40 kilometers a day. It’s a good trend, because there’s hard training on top of it while building the foundation. After doing the basics thoroughly, consider the quality and quantity. Strong players are individually solid. The more inexperienced players, the more likely they are to cut and copy some of the famous players’ cool training.”
