I’m training in Okinawa prefecture, but I think I’ve recovered my motivation since I’ve been able to balance my hobbies well. It seems that the burden on the body that I was worried about has been reduced, and it is a good rest. However, if you are aiming to become a national team player in a marathon, you have to like the marathon itself and have a high motivation at all times. As a coach, I want to imprint my thinking on that area.
