The training environment has changed and motivation seems to be going in a better direction. I’m relieved. It’s hard to move from a negative state to a positive state, but I felt that changing the environment could lead to a change. Habitualized environments may be less stimulating and more prone to stress. I felt that it was necessary to devise ways to incorporate a lot of fun and stimulation into the training.
