I don’t think there are any days I don’t know these days. This is the sharpness of those who reduce the quality of practice to grasp the condition of their legs and to remove fatigue substances. Originally, I think it would be good to put in a different movement than running. We believe that competitions such as cycling and swimming are more effective. I will always have an attitude to learn from various sports, expand my community, and return it to the players.
