Because of the fast movement in yesterday’s practice, the legs seemed to move smoothly in the morning practice. After a week of refreshing, my legs, which had lost their tension, were stimulated. However, it took some time for the body to warm up due to the low temperature. I feel like I’m getting excited for the weekend recordings.
